Return Eligibility We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return:
The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).
Non-Returnable Items Please note that we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used personal care products (due to hygiene reasons).
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
Refund for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 5–7 business days
